1986: Founding of LAVATEC GmbH in Bad Rappenau, Germany

1987: Construction of the new production facility in the Böllinger Höfe, Heilbronn 

1987 : Founding of LAVATEC Inc. in Naugatuck, CT - USA

1987: Establishment of the branch in Sarstedt, Germany

 1997 : Acquisition of Ferlay France, now known as LAVATEC France 

1998: Takeover of Spencer Dunnewolt, Netherlands 

2001: Acquisition of Washex Inc. in TX - USA 

2001: Expansion of the production facility from 6,000 m² to 13,000 m²
